Join the MM&P Federal Employees Membership Group

The MM&P Federal Employees Membership Group (FEMG) represents Licensed Deck Officers (LDOs) and Medical Services Officers (MSOs) who work for:

• Army Corps of Engineers;
• CNO Pilots;
• Military Sealift Command;
• National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

To join MM&P’s Federal Employees Membership Group, complete and print the following documents:

• fillable membership application;
• U.S. Government standard form 1187.*

* The SF-1187 authorizes the government to withhold MM&P FEMG membership dues (in the amount of $15.38 per pay period), from your paycheck. If you do not include SF-1187, please attach a check for your first quarter’s dues ($100).

Mail the completed membership application and SF-1187 form (or check in the amount of $100) to:
